A day at Lilla kuben
At Lilla kuben there is room for 11 children within the ages 1 – 2,5 years
07.00 - 08.00 The preschool starts their day by opening up one department, lilla kuben, for all children to be dropped off.
08.45 - 09.45 Indoor or outdoor activity. Some days the group is divided where half gets to play outside and the other half stays in to work on their projects. Sometimes the whole group go out for a walk, visit the library, go to the woods or a park etc.
10.10 - 10.30 Circle time
10.40 - 11.10 Lunch
11.30 - 13.30 Time for rest. The children are allowed to sleep as long as they need and as they wake up one by one there is a separate playroom where they can play without disturbing the others. The children that do not need to rest can come outside and join the older children playing.
14.00 - 14.30 Snack
14.30 - 16.00 Outdoor play. During the coldest winter days we stay in.
16.00 - 17.00 All departments join together and either stay outside or inside depending on the weather.
17.00 The preschool closes
